Dr. Phillips is very knowledgeable, caring and professional. He checks and study your results carefully. I like this doctor once I saw him first time.

Dr. Phillips was one of the doctors recommended to me by my previous Family Doctor (who was great)who moved back to San Diego. I have found Dr Phillips to be caring, asks a lot of questions, and explains his diagnosis. He continually has me up to date on all the necessay vaccines for my age and has been an advocate of using preventive medicine.

If you have serious concerns about your health, I would not recommend Dr. Phillips. Okay for annual check ups. If you're looking for a Physician that is responsive and really interested and concerned about your health, this Practice may not be for you. The staff is inexperienced and always changing. The referral specialist is very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. She was the only pleasant and memorable experience I've had with this Practice.

He is okay for basic medical attention, he does ask a lot of questions, which is good, but seems to be less helpful for more complicated issues. He sticks to his time schedule, which is great if you are waiting to see him, but not so great if you need medical attention and he is backing out of the room. Sadly, he re-aggrevated an old injury and made my pain significantly worse during the exam, and didn't help me at all with the problem I went in with.
