Blue Cross / Blue Shield
The Receptionists are very unprofessional. Dr. Bourne and his nurses are very professional, helpful and understanding. But the receptionists are enough to make you turn around. They are rude, always have an attitude and are not punctual at all. My appointment was at 3:30 and they weren't even at the desk when I got there. I got there five minutes early and they came to sign me in 10 minutes later.
