He is not arrogant or rude. He just tells you the truth and what needs to happen in order for us to get better.

Dont worry you are not alone! I have left his office many many times in tears. He is very arrogant and uncaring. I found a really great doctor in Petaluma he is much more supportive and his office has very helpful nurses!

Dr. Nakai was extremely rude and arrogant. He treated me with disrespect and was completely unsympathetic to my situation. He seemed completely annoyed when I asked for clarification on certain points. I left his office in tears.
