Awful and unethical. Completely misled on last visit and charged $750.00 for what should have been $75.00

I hve been a patient of dr Jackson a long time. I have not had any problems with service until 10/29/14. I had a crown come off. I went to the office to have it put back on. I was told the bill will be 609. I asked the billing office six hundred nine dollars, she laughed and said no 6.09. I gave her my card. when I got home I realized I was charged 609.00. I called the next morning (an hour ago) and was told by the phone answer I was mistaken I had a balance of 609.00. I said I was told 6.09. my credit card has over drawn and now I'm try to find out why this happened. if I had a balance it was from 7/24/2014, over three months. why have I not had a statement, call any notification about what I owe. this was deceptive of them and my family will be going else where for our dental service. poor customer service in the billing area. very deceptive. know what you are signing before hand. I have called this office between 7/24 and 10/29/14, no one told me I had a balance.

The worst place ever! After waiting for a long time, she tells me what my bills is & I asked, how can u submit a bill when the service isn't done yet. They were rude & said I could go else where if I can't afford it & from the looks of it maybe I should try a charity dentist......I left but not before giving her a piece of my mind.
