this Dr did three procedures on my sister for gallbladder surgery. Ended up at U>C>L>A> to fix the problem. Crazy

Dr.Manu is a perfect model of what a physician should be. Caring, empathetic, considerate, compassionate, fair, and easy going. In an age, when doctors are hampered by regulations and insurance companies deciding the "best care, the best medications, the best facility" it would be so easy to become harsh, frustrated and to treat your patients as a "Procedure" and not a real live human being. Bakersfield is lucky to have another option than large facilities who do not know you, the patient, or your fears and concerns for procedures that most people are hesitant to do.

He was very rude. He had very bad bedside manners. The appointment for the procedure was scheduled for 1 pm. His office called the day before and changed it to 11 am. I arrived on time at 11. Dr. Manu showed up at 2pm. I feel it was very unprofessional of him as i could have came in at 1 pm like planned and still have made it before the doctor.
