I was abroad seas internationally contacted the office because my ICD was beeping for hours. Dr. Hongo resolved the issue within minutes.

Convincing lied about everything he was going to do with an implanted defibrillator. If you care at all about how your body looks after, stay as far away as you can from Dr. Hongo & Sutter. My chest is deformed with a brand new ragged scar and a huge lump mid pec, I’m embarrassed to take my shirt off. He’s smart, charming and cunning. When you are unconscious he will do the bare minimum medically necessary so he can be done ASAP.

Dr Hongo has performed a cardiac ablation on me with excellent results. Care before and after the procedure was excellent. 4years later, after a recurrence, he quickly reengaged and began treating me. I am very pleased with the care I have received at his practice.

I was referred by my cardiologist to have an ablation done by Dr Hongo. I had two appointments with him before the procedure, one to discuss my diagnosis and another before the procedure to discuss the procedure itself. I felt that Dr Hongo was really knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely caring. His explanations were clear and concise. I got a great impression of him and was very comfortable having him do my procedure. I have not been very happy with what I have experienced since the procedure. He came out a few minutes after my procedure to explain everything he'd found and done. The problem is that I was still heavily sedated and hardly remember a thing that he said. I did not go to a private comfortable room after the procedure like was explained to me. I went back to ambulatory care which definitely lacked comfort and privacy and the nurses were rude. I have had minor issues since the ablation, but have not been able to talk to him, only his nurses. A little bit disappointed.
