Although this has nothing to do with the doctors at this practice, this is directed to the nurses and office staff.They are the rudest group of individuals I have ever had to deal with. They have no respect for the patients and do not care. As I sat in the office observing them talking about their own personal things, the phone was ringing, and one of the girls said oh,let it just go to voice mail, we'll call them back later. Really??What if it was someone going into labor? When I was called in the girl took my height and weight and when I was on the scale she couldn't get me off soon enough. She was so lazy because she had to get back to the conversation with her coworkers, that she recorded me 20 pounds light than what I am. And how their attitudes change when the doctors walk in. I think these doctors need to put a spycam and watch what they do and how they treat people.I will never come back here. Not because of the doctors but just because of the office manager and her lazy crew!!

I found the waiting time to be exceptionally long and the place was not very clean. The staff was very rude and many of them had major attitudes. When I finally met with Dr. Klein he stated that I was almost a month further along than I actually was. I also found that they were not very thorough when explaining things to me. After a few days one of their nurses got intouch with me to schedule a follow up. After I hung up I realized that she did not give me a time. When I tried to call back I couldn't get intouch with anyone all I could do was leave a message. Finally when I got back intouch with the nurse she started arguing with me that she told me the time because she wrote it down (which she did not) she then proceeded to ask me "what did I want from her?" I could not believe that she was arguing with me and then had the nerve to give me an attitude. Needless to say I am not going back to this office nor would I recommend anyone.
