I've never had such a bad experience at a doctors appointment. Dr. Harris is rude uncaring and he doesn't listen to his patients. The last office visit I had with him he left my shoulder in more pain it was bruised I felt like I've been beaten up I will never return to that office again

Dr. Harris was extremely rude and was NO help. He had horrible client relations and didn't even say hello when he walked in the room.

I felt a though my first appointment was very rushed. My follow up appointments were also quite short. I felt like I left with a lot of unanswered questions. Personality was quite dry and short - although I do not require a doctor to be "ENTERTAINING", however, a little bit of friendliness goes a long way.

Dr.Harris refused to acknowledge my complaints about my knees. He was very rude and condescending to me, making me feel like an idiot for bothering to see him. I presented with a shoulder/arm that I could not raise and was in severe pain. He took X-rays of both knees and my (L) shoulder. After that, he tested my shoulder and informed me that there was "nothing structurally wrong with your shoulder, the rotator cuff is intact." Dr. Harris went on to tell me that my shoulder pain is referred from a nerve compression in my cervical spine. The only reason I went to see Dr. Harris is because my (ex) neurosurgeon told me that I had an "orthopedic issue". The exercises he suggested were exactly the ones that exacerbated the pain in both knees. Dr. Scott Harris was profoundly rude, unprofessional, and condescending. The staff was terrific, but Dr. Scott Harris was completely useless- he even refused to examine MRI’s I had brought in for his review. Total waste of time.
