Pros: High level of expertise, very knowledgeable. Cons: arrogant, flippant, fragile ego, easily takes offense and will dump you as a patient if you ask too many questions or ask for troubleshooting & specialist options to determine root cause of the problem instead of taking his prescribed medications as the final solution.
