Wouldn’t waste my time, she will definitely waste yours

Dr. Rappai is a polite, affable physician with some good ideas, but the process of getting through the clinic to see Dr. Rappai is not worth it.

Why? - you may ask:

1.) It takes many weeks to get an appointment.
2.) The clinic runs 90-120 minutes behind schedule at 'every' appointment - this is nothing short of poor management.
3.) The clinic staff tries to move things along, but they are so over-worked with patients from so many physicians that they cannot keep up.

I will seek out a sleep specialist at another clinic. I would prefer to go with a clinic that follows the golden rule and treats my time with the same degree of value that they treat their own.

Was very pleased with Dr Rappai and her staff Very helpful and timely as well

Dr. Rappai and her staff lack appreciation for and consideration of her patients, preferring long wait times, short and indifferent doctor/patient visits, and generallly treating patients as numbers in a factory. Is this what national health care is coming to?

I met Dr. Rappai in the hospital Instensive Care Unit; altough I did not remember seeing her there. It was later (after she had saved my life, literally, and I was out of ICU) that I remember how knowledgeable she was, how dedicated she was to my recovery, and how very efficient she was in her profession and most of all her kindness. I would have absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Rappai to anyone and every one.

cannot get an appointment except 3 months out and this clinic has a policy just for themselves that once you see one doctor in this practice they will not issue an appointment for another doctor in this practice even when it is the patients desire to change doctors.
