Dr Koumas is a great doctor. To date every interaction has been productive and helpful.

Unfortunately the first impression in this office starts and ends with the receptionist. It would be best to put away the iphone & iwatch, and treat patients (customers!) in a more professional and courteous manner.

I was recommended by a friend last year and thank god I switched. Dr. Koumas is by far a great doctor. My questions and concerns are always answered. I've encountered some unprofessional staff he had and receptionist but recently I've seen new faces which is great. Evelyn is a great nurse and very accommodating. I wish they had her at front desk again. Medical office is clean smells fresh and I feel very comfortable here . 5 stars for Dr. Koumas and his staff.

Dr Koumas is okay...nothing to brag about but his staff and especially the girl at the front desk is HORRIBLE and rude. Not only is she not friendly, she is straight of nasty. I would continue to go here but honestly having to deal with the front office girl is just not worth it. Time to find another Dr. PS if i can give 0 stars for staff I would have.

Dr. Koumas is a caring physician always willing to see me even if he's really busy. Also one of the nurses there is really helpful and caring.She's very good at drawing blood I always request this young lady. Overall the staff is friendly and willing to assist you.

This is a review of Dr. Koumas and his office staff in West Covina, off Sunset Blvd: Dr. Koumas is of average capability, relatively attentive, typically untimely, and of mediocre competence, in my non-expert opinion. Now, on the otherhand, my review of his staff is not so lukewarm. The staff in his West Covina office, from receptionist to several of the nurses I've encountered, is wholly unprofessional, discourteous, lazy, an overall terrible lot -- truly a black mark on the profession. And I am in no way being hyperbolic here : they're trash.

Doctor is caring and knowledgable and has a friendly helpful staff. My only concern is that I rarely see him in less than 40 minutes after my appointment.
