Disrespectful, dismissive, and disappointing. This guess-and-check style doctoring got old after 3 visits - in which I was denied access to diagnostic testing and even asked "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" when describing my symptoms.

For a doctor who told me that she doesn't like spending patients' money, it's odd that I'd be asked to meet every month only to be repeatedly told that nothing can be done for my condition. And even odder that I would be prescribed a $900 medication without any trial period or notification that it would cost so much. Thank God for the nursing staff, who - when they found out how much I was being asked to pay - offered me the free sample medication that they keep in the office so patients can see if it works first.

I would have had no idea what my options were if I had trusted Dr. Cobrin, and I'll be taking my long list of unanswered questions to a different practice.
