LITERALLY Painless. Had to have cataract broken up and lasers did it all. Seven teeny tiny zaps you don't even feel and you're done. Nice to be alive in 2023...at least one reason.

God complex very rushed and distracted seemed to be moody. Tech was a pushy and office staff in person nice, but on the phone not very professional or helpful.

I had my LASIK surgery done with Dr. Nielsen. His staff was very patient, helpful and attentive, as was Dr. Nielsen. They showed me educational videos on the procedure and options. Dr. Nielsen was very detailed, as detailed as I wanted, about the procedure. I referred my friend who also came in and had Lasik done and he was very pleased. I referred a mortgage loan officer and he has had teh same happy results. The atmosphere is totally different from any other Dr. office I have been to, relaxing, comfortable and great customer service.
