Be warned. They ask for payment upfront. No ifs ands or buts. I have a high deductible plan and didn’t bring my card with me because I wasn’t aware that they require payment up front. That important bit of information is not in the new patient forms you download from their website. Extremely poor first visit experience. Oh, and I was there for a medical visit not cosmetic
