Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Definitely a black eye on bidmc. This was the worst medical professional I've ever had to deal with in my life. She was condescending, rude and dismissive. She had no interest in helping me come up with a workable pain management plan. She did not read any of my primary physician notes or look at previous treatment plans. She did not even do a physical exam. She was more interested in collecting her fee and setting me up for another appointment. Truly disgusting.
