I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. he yanked my fingers and toes, TOLD me what to do so demanding. I will never be exposed to this again!!! I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better treatment & evaluation!He was extremely rude and impolite, which made me devalue his opinion and abilyity to provide proper care. I PRAY THAT NOT ONE PERSON HAS TO ENDURE AND WORTHLESS IN ALL MY LIFE!HIS CRITICISM AND TALKING DOWN TO YOU. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MADE SO UNCOMFORTABLE AND JUDGED SO HORRIBLY! I LEFT CHOKING ON MY TEARS AS HE CROSSED HIS ARMS AND TOLD ME TO LOSE WEIGHT AND SEE A PSYCH! I DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS BECAUSE I AM ON MEDICAL OR WHAT

The office took about 12 days to request a test saying they needed approval from the ins company. Called INS comp. and they said their was no approval needed and the office never contacted them. The office manager is the doctors wife and was EXTREMELY rude when I confronted her. She said my wife "wasn't the first patient in line" and then her husband (the doctor) said that even though there was no evidence of a problem on the test he still wouldn't clear her to drive. Why? Not sure. Here's a question. If you're just going to make a decision regardless of the test results WHY RUN THE TEST????? They also made an apt just to give her results. I can only assume they couldn't just use the phone because they wanted to bill for another appointment. As if the apparent ineptitude of these guys entire operation wasn't enough, the doctor had horrible bedside manner. Use at your own risk.
