Is unwilling to learn about new things. Didn't want to see my hubby because he had not been sick in 3 years... Was told by her Nurse ( who was VERY rude ) That she didn't want to see him at all.

Dr Gronstadt is a very good doctor. She is helpful and won't take advantage of you. She listens and responds to what you have told her!! That to me is very important. I would not hesitate to refer someone to her.

Dr. Grondstedt is a wonderful physician. She is knowledgable and takes the time to listen to you. I trust her completely and had been seeing her for years. I have since changed drs. however as I could no longer stand to deal with the frustration I experienced from her front office. It's hard to get a prompt appointment no matter what the emergency. On one appointment I did not have my checkbook or cash for the co-pay but did have a credit card. Front office would not take credit card and I had to leave office to go to bank to get $20 cash co-pay before they would permit me to see the doc. I was very ill and weak at the time but to them it was irrelevant.
