After waiting for one hour we just might expect undevided attention from the doctor, but Dr. Malerich was quite preoccupied with personal cell phone conversations, even while giving cortisone shot. Very unprofessional...

staff irresponsible, uncaring, Dr. Malerich does not follow through with treatment nor pain of person(s). will not go back due to lack of human compassion and decency. surgery resulted in infection with noncompliance of staff and doctor to f/u with post surgery care. Ten days have passed w/o ever seeing doctor or receiving proper treatment, had to go to my own doctor for infection and other e.r. services for pain, still in pain. Dr. Malerich and staff do not follow through with information that doctor on call has referred and advised patient to do for treatment and extreme pain. This dr is supposed to be a qualified and a "recommended" dr for hand surgery, unfortunately, I can not contribute to recommendation of hand surgery or other care, along with his staff. What adds insult to injury, is that the CEO of the hospital refuses to take responsibility & allows this doctor and his staff to practice in the hospital while violating patient rights. Shame on Mercy Southwest & Mr. Judd
