Absolutely one of if not the best dentist in Juneau. She always lets you know what’s she’s doing and I’ve never had an issue with anything she does. Debbie up front is amazing and has been super helpful always!

I hadn't been to a dentist in 8 years. Sadly I neglected my teeth to the point that my bottom back molar had decayed and was causing me pain. I was scared and embarrassed by the state of my teeth. Eventually the pain exceeded my shame and I was forced to seek treatment. Terrified and expecting the worst I went to see Dr Shaw. Everyone I interacted with in her office was friendly and kind! Excellent customer service and outstanding patient care. Gentle respectful and efficient with my uninsured situation. They handled my referral on the spot and even made my appt with Dr Paulson before I left. Everyone handled my fear and pain and I look forward to having their office manage my future restorative and preventive care!
