Overall we are very pleased with Dr. Kunsemiller. He is very polite, knowledgeable, helpful and we got in and out of the office without much wait. I highly recommend him as he is one of the best orthodontists in the area.

Dr. Kunsemiller explained everything that he was going to do. He listened to my concerns and answered every question I had. I left his office feeling very comfortable with him and I knew that he would be the best choice for an orthodontist.

The office is great. The whole staff is very friendly, they take the time to discuss everything with their patients. Dr. Kunsemiller cares about each of his patients. He works in a very professional manner and has a very relaxed and calming personality.

He never spoke to me or explained things. I don't like that he rolled his eyes when I asked questions. He nicked me a few times while drilling off the cement/glue left from the braces when removed. My two top center teeth are ruined from it. I now have a slight sideways gap close to my gums from this rough drilling. It hurt very bad so he stopped. I didn't think he got the cement off because it felt thick over my back teeth when I ran my tongue over them. Went to my dentist for a cleaning when the hygienist gasped. Couldn't believe somebody would leave that much glue on my teeth and not bother to remove it. I spent around 4 hours there having a deep cleaning with an ultrasonic scaler. When she was done I felt my teeth again, smooth now. But gums felt sore and bled. I still have very crooked teeth. Braces were pointless, they were never straight when he took them off. When he left the office to start in the new one he never told us he was leaving. No explanation from staff when I asked.
