Dr. Banki is very shy and reserved but his apparent competence and attention is equal to that of any other dermatologist by whom I have been seen.

I was recently in CT visiting family and came down with a strange rash. Dr. Banki's staff was able to get me in on short notice even though I was not a regular patient. He was kind and thorough and very kind. I truly appreciated all of this on such short notice. I wish I lived closer in case something like this happened again. Thanks again Doctor!

I saw Dr. Banki for an unsettling skin condition. He quickly put my fears at ease and was kind enough to listen to me. I truly appreciate it.

I saw Dr. Banki yesterday for a skin condition on my arm. He diagnosed me very quickly and gave me a couple of options for treatment. He appeared to be very knowledgable. I also appreciated how punctual he was, as I had a limited time. I will return and would recommend him to my friends and family.

Dr. Banki needs to improve his bedside manner: there was no handshake, no eye-contact. He started with "hello-Dr.Banki-nice-to-meet-you", while he stared down on my information. It seems like a small thing, but makes a big difference. He took 5 seconds (I'm not exaggerating) to look at affected area (which I had been VERY worried about) and said: "it looks normal". I tried to give him the information that had been worrying me, but he didn't let me finish my sentences. He made assumptions and implied that I probably caused the inflammation on my skin by picking at it. Combine this up with a dilapidated office building and a 40-minute wait and the result is one hellish experience, a waste of money and time. Even if Dr. Banki is right in his diagnosis (or lack of it), I will not return and not recommend him to anyone. Sorry Dr. Banki, but you need to improve your manners. They are almost as important as your knowledge, here in America.
