Pre-surgery: My gum disease was explained in detail. The procedure was explained in detail that would be required to address the central issue. Surgery/procedure day: The procedure was smooth and post surgical instructions were clear and concise. Post Surgery/Post Procedural: The Doctor and staff were clear on next steps, expectations and anticipated my needs. Summary: I had a lot of apprehension but Dr. Williams and staff addressed it professionally and I am very satisfied with the outcome(s) and service.
