I have been seeing Dr. T for over a year now and him and his staff have been amazing. My son had been on medications that cause tics and had frequent strep throat infections. He did the right bloodwork, bloodwork my pediatrician couldn’t order, and was able to give us valuable information and a plan to treat my son. My son’s tics and other symptoms have almost all resolved and he is being successful in school, where in the past this was a challenge. I have never had an issue ordering refills, or asking the doctor a question with a prompt response. I would highly recommend Dr. T!

Paul is ok. Mary is hideous. You know the proverbial secretary whose only goal in life is to keep you from reaching the doctor.
Dr T is nice. I do think he can be judgmental. He waffles between real compassion and very rude remarks. I don’t have an explanation.
He’s very devoted. There’s no doubt. And knowledgeable. But he isn’t helpful. He’s so much money. He says it’s because of the time he spends. Here’s an idea- after the consult, spend less time! I was really hopeful but he didn’t help. I think he wanted to but didn’t. He also is gearing his choices towards charging you more. You know doctors who sandwich you in to charge more fees that’s him. It’s not overt like he doesn’t seem money hungry but you have no clue how much you’ll end up being charged. Major bucks. Poor results.

My son has been a patient for over a year. From the first time I called the office to make an appointment, I felt that I was truly in caring hands. Both Mary and Paul listened to my concerns. I was given an appointment in a timely manner and explained in detail all the office polices and directed to their website. They answered many of my questions and had empathy of everything we were experiencing. Dr. T on our first office visit explained his thoughts and ordered specific tests that we needed to have done. Most of the blood work has been done in their office which is convenient. Dr. T is extremely knowledgeable and puts his heart and soul into the care of his patients. His staff does the same. Mary answers all my emails in a timely fashion and makes sure that Dr. T answers any concerns we have. She also follows through with Dr. T with any scripts that need to be renewed. She is always there to be a listening ear and to aide in any way that she can. She has gone out of her way many times to help my son. She is a true blessing to the practice as well as the other staff members Paul and Donna. My son like many other patients is not an easy case. I can see they all genuinely care about our son and the entire family. He was doing well and just recently in a flare again. Dr. T has spent countless hours looking over his records to see what is going on. I am so thankful that we found Dr. T and his amazing staff. This level of care cannot be found today in many medical practices.

My son has multiple dx.
Dr Trilfiletti repeatedly referred to my sons stims as abnormal though research shows it’s calming NOT maladaptive. How can anyone see such a judgmental person without compassion? My son is very bright and I believe in his future and want a doctor who does as well. No research supports high dose antibiotics or I VIG and I do not appreciate being called to pay to interpret labs. It’s just too much money. I thought it’d be part of the consult. The staff is rude. I need a Doctor I can reach even if just by email. I need a doctor who will advocate for supports in my sons school not demean him. Lastly I arrived on time and waited 45 minutes. I just can’t sink money into something without results. Considering 3% of kids in Jersey are diagnosed with ASD have more compassion. It’s so difficult when many things are going on but I didn’t find the compassion or expertise I needed here. I’d never get medication from a doctor I can’t reach.

We took our then 15 year old daughter who has suffered tremendously for 15 year, now at almost 17 she is saved . After years of my daughter crying why can't anyone help me. With Dr T. knowledge of this horrible disease and the help from Mary Paul, Donna and staff. The first time we went my daughter didn't even want to talk to Dr T. she sat sideway slouch not even wanting to see him. My daughter was tired of telling doctors what was going on inside of her she didn't trust that any Dr. could help at this point. We were told she had defiance disorder and she was depressed or she was having seizures and much more.. She was put on so many medicine. Now she looks forward to seeing Dr. T. and his amazing staff because they are the ones who listen to her and has help saved us and her.

We have a lot of experience with specialists of different types due to my child's condition. I feel like the first time in 10+ years we have finally met the professional. Dr. T is not only a clinician but he's also a researcher. He looks above and beyond to get to the true underlying issue, which is in many cases with our kids - is much harder than you can imagine.

He's thorough, respectful and kind! He takes all the time to explain to you at which ever level you feel comfortable. Because I've been dealing with my kids' condition for all his life, I have a certain degree of understanding. So Dr. T went into a lot of details and I came out of the appointment with pages of notes that are worthy a course in a medical school.

I have to also take minute to thank his staff. They're truly special - they are attentive and prompt. When my child had an unexpected turn for the worse - they immediately got a hold of Dr. T and within minutes we had prescriptions called in, instructions on what to do AND personal outreach by 2 members of the staff asking to keep them posted.

It means a lot when your child cannot wait to go back and see this doctor. And yes - we drive close to 3 hours. But I would flown to him if we had to. He's the first one in 10+ years who is finally trying to heal my child, not just mask his symptoms.

I want start out by saying how blessed and thankful we are to have Dr. Trifiletti, Mary, Paul , donna and especially infusion nurse Bella in our team. They are very professional and have amazing bedside manner. They treated me and my daughter with the up most respect and love. My daughter felt so much love from all the staff and felt very welcomed. Once i arrived to their office I was immediately greeted by Donna and the office manager Mary. Their office is very clean, kid friendly and comfortable. Dr. Trifiletti is the only doctor who actually listened to me word for word of my concerns with my 7yr old daughter and explained to me in detailed what will be our first steps in helping my little one get better. He has given us hope when others crushed them. Dr. T suggested to have extensive bloodwork to be done.  Once they received my daughters labs the office called me immediately expressing their concerns that she needed immediate IV treatments. He was so concern that he wanted her to go to Childrens Hospital Of Philadelphia to get  treated immediately but, sadly the hospital didnt do anything for my daughter. So I emailed Mary and told her the bad news, she didn't hesitate and right away contacted the pharmacy, placed an order for her IV medication so she start treatment.  They treated my child as their own. They put our child as #1 priority and I'm thankful for that. When I emailed my concerns when my daughter has flare ups,  they would either call or email me back right away ,even after hours. They go above and beyond to the moon and back. They have emailed me in several occassions to check in on my daughter's progress. They are very thoughtful and sweet. We feel like  family. We drove 2 hrs to their office for my daughter's treatment and we were greeted by the infusion nurse Bella. She is amazing with children, my daughter loved her very much! She is very gentle and nurturing and made my daughter feel very calm while getting her IV placed. Mary and Dr. Trifiletti checked us throughout our stay making sure my lil one was comfortable and happy. After treatment my daughter's eye glowed and the smile on her face says a lot. Im getting my lil one back. Im endlessly thankful for the Pandas/Pans Institute.  My lil one said you are her savior and that she knew that you will be the one to cure her. You are my guardian angels. Thank you for not giving up on us and continuing to take care of my little one. I recommend everyone to send their children to Dr. Trifiletti ,he is amazing! My daughter was in psychiatric hospital for 2 weeks which made her 10 times worse. Thinking everything was behavior and dismissing that it could be medical. No one thought of digging deeper to figure out what is really going on with my little one. Also she was in a partial hospitalization which didnt help at all and made matters worse. She is traumatized, and after months waiting to see a psych they misdiagnosed her and prescribe meds that not only her made her worse but cause other issues. She was having episodes 6-7 times a day. They said the only solution was to readmit her to a psych ward. I stood my ground and researched online and found Dr. Trifiletti office.  Thanks to you my daughter is in the road to recovery. No words could ever measure up of how thankful we are.Thank you for saving my daughter. God bless Pandas/Pans Institute.

as a former Nurse Practioner I was blown away by Dr Trifiletti. He is a brilliant physician really great with complex cases. We went to see him after bringing our child to another pandas physician. I can tell you the staff is very kind always willing to help the rules of the practice are clear and given to every patient. Our personal experience was very positive Dr T was able to help our child we followed what he said and got our child back. We eventually did IVIG and Mary really went out of way to help us held our hands the entire way. This team treats you like family we can not thank Dr T and team for all you do.
