Such a kind, down-to-earth Doc. Makes you feel comfortable and it's such a relaxed atmosphere. His staff is exceptional -- just as he is!

His staff is horrible and very rude. I have left several messages with his staff for a manager to return my call to complain about the way I was treated by the employees and no one has bothered to call me back. Staff is unfriendly and makes it very unpleasant. However, My family and I have been going to see Dr. Bratcher for over 6 years and the staff used to be very friendly. Dr. Bratcher himself is very professional and nice. But the staff he has makes it not worth it. I will be finding a new optometrist for my family and I. Unfortunately :(

It took 3-4 times for the lens to get to the point where they were halfway right. It took them eight weeks to get them the first time because no one ever bothered to call me. I went to him because Dr. Apple moved his practice to Las Cruces. I decided that it's worth the money to travel to se Dr. Apple because he's the best. Dr. Bratcher thought he saw something in my eye and he wanted me to see Mittica who refuses to see anyone who has been to Apple. I really think Bratcher and his staff have some serious problems, and even though he's very nice and all, he has no business playing with people's eyesight.

He will nickel and dime you. Seems rushed the few times I have gone to him. Always has a new staff and they get worse every time. I would rather make the out of town trip to another Dr.

Dr. Bratcher has always been efficient and takes the time to talk with me about my eyes. Previous reviewer said it took 3 times to get prescription right...that seems fairly common with all docs I've been too. They tend to be late with my appts, and desk staff is not as friendly as I would like, but as far as Dr. B, he's always taken care of me just fine.

Do not go to these clowns for glasses! It took them 3 attempts to get my prescription correct. And then they acted like jerks when I kindly requested that they fix their own mistake. Dr. Bratcher is young and inexperienced; he rushed through my exam like he was an Indy 500 race car driver. He incorrectly diagnosed me as having a condition that I did not have, requiring a special trip to Las Cruces to have another doctor tell me that Bratcher was completely wrong. I also could not believe how rude his staff is. I'm in customer service and I would never treat any person the way his staff does. Save your money, your sanity, and your dignity and go to a different optometrist.

Yeah Dr.Bratcher is pretty sweet. I also liked that he had a wall-mounted flatscreen in the waiting room so I could just chill and watch some TV while I waited for my appointment

Young Dr., VERY INFORMATIVE and professional. Caught astigmatism that previous Dr. hadn't even checked me for. Very thorough, takes time to listen to you and doesn't rush you through appointment. Takes several weeks to get appointment with him, but I suppose that's because he's so good. Worth the wait AND the drive if you don't live in Silver.
