This review is based on how the staff treated my daughter when she wanted to be a new patient like 4/5 years ago. My daughter made appointments several times but had to cancel them she always gave over 24 hours notice and spoke to front staff kindly. Some of the cancellations where do to her being sick, funerals, family emergency. What they don’t know is many of those cancellations due to my daughter having financial troubles and she was going to lose her place. So she had court and attorney appointments. She was trying all she could to stop the foreclosure process. She filed chapter 13 was issued a trustee. She was going through a battle that she didn’t wish to speak about on top of it struggling to find decent employment where many employers treated her like crap and bullied her that’s what led to her facing foreclosure. Your staff was rude to her and would hang up on her on numberous occasions thinking she was cancelling on purpose. That wasn’t the case ! She was going through a very very tough period in her life. You think your staff would’ve showed compassion and empathy to say; hey maybe she’s canceling “ for good reasons “ or she’s going through something she doesn’t want to discuss “ no they where rude off the bat. One of the front staff told my daughter that she can no longer call or be a “ new patient due to the cancellations “ so she actually was never seen. Well she wasn’t able to save her place and she did get foreclosed on in fall of 2022 it was an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Again, your staff could’ve been more professional and empathetic instead of assuming she was canceling on purpose or doing it to be disrespectful. She owned her place for over 17 years and lost it ! That’s a very hard thing to go through and deal with. As I said your staff had no right to be mean to her and jump to conclusions that she was playing games or doing it on purpose. Also hanging up on her is unprofessional on their parts. She had “ good reasons “ and she didn’t need to tell any of the staff at the time what was really going on. But I’m sure if she finally had the chance to be seen by Dr. Biondi she would’ve told her what was going on. Anyhow she hasn’t found a Gyn or PCP till this day due to fear of being treated like crap by office staff. She is someone who gets very distant towards people who treat her poorly. She hasn’t gone or seen any doctors in over 4 years.

She may be an excellent Doctor however she needs to look into her some of her staff ( who are rude and unprofessional to callers ) I tried to make an appointment ( whomever I spoke to was rude and hung up on me on 2 occasions ) then they started calling my cell and hanging up. It's sad she has some crazies working in her office. My bf is a cop/detective he can clearly find out who was calling me and hanging up ( and they should be ashamed ! ) also ashamed for being rude for no reason. She needs better staff !

first visit great everyone so pleasant , then called due to abnormal pap, wish i never went, sooo uncomfortable , biondi maybe good for explaining but proceedures absolutely not.the curtain was not closed , im spread eagle , several times the door was opened , i told them to close the curtain. i will never send my sisters, daughter or anywoman overthere. i feel it was all a lie to pull more money from my insurance

I called this office last week to see if she's accepting new patients. Whomever answered was rude and bothered ( hung up on me ) I called back they hung up on me again. As review below states the Dr. needs to look into her staff and see who's being rude to callers. There's no need for that!! Seems like she needs better staff! Needs to rid the rude bishes that work up front! Called and asked a simple question and treated poorly. Biondi or the practice manager ( please look into your staff! ) Decided to look into CCOG ( which they where more pleasant ) Heard her staff treated another person poorly because they cancelled appts. ( but person always gave 24 hrs notice or more ) and some of the staff felt the need to be rude to this person. Not cool good way to get others to speak negatively of your office and staff. No one should be treated poorly or with disrespect no matter the circumstance. Won't come or reccomend this office. Your staff will make you lose people! Im it one to write this kinda stuff but prime beef to know some of your front office staff ( need to be trained on diplomacy and etiquette) I don't care if someone cancelled out on you 5x or more ( esp if they had valid reasons ) your staff has no right to treat them poorly or even someone just asking if your taking on new patients. Your front staff seems like they need to chill a bit. Even I was told 3x how busy this office is. Really ? No sh*t ! I lived in the area over 20 years to know you have a busy office.

Was a new patient. The doctor is great however some of her staff very rude and condescending. They call they don't state their names - just rude and condescending messages. Then I've heard like 5x " oh this office is so busy ". No kidding ( I know ) her staff has no right to leave rude messages under any circumstance. If I did that at any of my jobs I would be fired. Dr. B please look into your front staff that leave nasty messages ( I've had family and friends listen to the messages. It's uncalled for ) they continue then I no longer will come there. No need for them to speak to me like I'm 5 yrs old
I can't believe how unprofessional some of your staff think they can be. Maybe a course in diplomacy and etiquette is needed to some of them.

Your staff will make you lose patients by their rudeness. Again please look into who out of your staff leaves rude messages.

Horrible staff that doesn't return phone calls or emails. Waiting to be seen for over a month! Not cool. Staff shows 0 care and aknowledgemennt. Biondi needs better front staff.

Rating her staff. They don't return calls! I left message to be seen and for them to call me to set up an appointment on 2 occasions. Her staff never called me and I'm left hanging. If they are made that I had to cancel. At least I have the decency to give over 48 hours notice. She needs to investigate her front staff and make sure they aknowledge all messages and emails.

Dr B is excellent ! However I've left messages to be seen or for the staff to pass Dr. B a message. They staff never returns my calls - Dr Biondi needs to get on her staff to return patients calls re : review below Corina ( I believe that's her name ) coped attitudes with me too on occasion. I even emailed the office a few months ago ( they never replied) as I said Dr. B needs to get on her staff to acknowledge all calls and emails

This review is solely based on her staff. I've never seen Dr. B however I called to see if the office was open with all this Covid- 19 going on and Corrina answered like I was bothering her ( I believe I've spoken to her another time and she was kinda gruff) I can't stand staff that sound bothered or rude off the bat- now I'm debating if I even want to go here ( Corrina needs to go or change her persona)

Dr. Biondi is wonderful. She has a very "motherly" quality about her that makes you feel comfortable talking to her about anything.She always takes her time to explain things and never rushes you. Judie,the midwife is also great. They are always helpful in whatever way they can be. I also like the fact that I am never made to feel bad or uncomfortable about having the Husky plan for insurance.
