Horrible doctor with poor bedside manners. Wife ended up going to Mayo to get timely and good treatment for trigimenal neurological surgery. Avoid him and their practice at all cost!!

The greatest doctor around. He has discovered found all kinds of problems and gotten me to the correct specialist for conditions that he doesn't treat. I cannot say enough good things about his knowledge and his skills. He is very busy with being on call for the multiple problems he treats and that affects his punctuality. As others have stated the staff vary from rude and disorganized to caring but overloaded and unable to return phone calls or get things processed. If it was any other doctor, I would not even consider putting up with that office staff. There seem to be plenty of people there--I have no idea what their problem is with getting the work done and the phones answered correctly and with courtesy. The radiology staff are great, timely and efficient, with wonderful "films". Dr. Scott actually pulls the radiology reports up on screen and goes over them with me. I haven't used their Physical Therapy because I have great therapists nearer to my home. It is a shame that his reviews are devastated by the staff members of Neurology Associates. I know it is hard to get good help, but I wish the office's owners would do something about them.

Dr. Scott's staff may not be the best, but I cannot say enough about him as a thoughtful, caring and very knowledgable physician. I wouldn't see any other neurologist. He is tops. He has treated several members of my extended family.

A very courteous doctor. He may be good but it is hard for me to evaluate because I have not experienced any progress. He will not respond to phone calls or emails; his staff seems to view patients as unnecessary interruptions. I cannot recommend him. The Neurology Associates practice seems disorganized and overwhelmed.

Dr. Scott seems to be a guy and from what I know, a good doctor. However; the office staff are the worst I've ever seen. Very rude, not in the least helpful, very dis-respectful. I've heard many complaints about the office staff here and wonder why it hasn't been corrected. They are the one reason I don't like coming here.

Office staff not helpful, long waits to see doctor and little time spent when I did get in. Finally went elsewhere for treatment.
