As others have said, her bedside manner is horrendous. I have gone to her for my last two annuals and she basically told me I had cancer when my pap came back normal, told me that I needed to get my problems fixed so I did not "lose a man" and also doesn't really explain things. I will never ever go back to her.

I wouldn't even give them a one star. My fiancé was having severe migraine and being pregnant she figured it was possibly from symptoms. The office told her to go to the ER. We went to her normal doctor and they tried to contact this office to see what medication was ok just to make sure we had every possible direction covered. They never responded. This is a garbage Doctor and I would not recommend her to anyone!

Despite the comments complaining about Dr. Cruz, I would say I had a good experience with her and the staff. She ended up delivering my son via emergency c-section with no complications. She has always answered my questions, concerns as well as my husbands. I will definitely see her again for another pregnancy.

Another doctor discovered a 3 cm cyst on my left ovary. That was in November 2015 . I'm March 8 surgery was finally scheduled. She had me doing all the planing that I could do. I'm on alot of different meds due to a lot of different diagnosis 's. On blood thinners and several blood pressure meds. She or her staff gave no instructions for taking meds day before or day of surgery. I don't consider her a doctor at all. She doesn't know doesn't have a clue what she is doing. Day before surgery she called and wanted to cancel surgery cause she had to be at airport at noon. I had to go off my blood thinners and started on heparin shots. My stomach is so sore just finished with shots 2 weeks after I was suppose to of had surgery. 28 shots in total. Day of surgery she still hasn't responded to message I left about what meds to take. So my blood pressure was up and she got surgery cancelled. Now I've got a new doctor surgery is scheduled for April 12. The new doctor already has all my blood work lined up. Medicine I'm to take doctor appointment's all set up. I'm amazed at the difference in new doctor and Ms.Cruz. I don't consider her a doctor let alone a descent on. She's rude not knowledgeable about anything. I asked her if she's every done this surgery before. The way she acted you'd say no. Now cyst measures 6.5 more than has doubled in size. Painful and she honestly doesn't care. Oh she made her flight! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE!

Terrible Doctor! Dr Cruz was awful when delivering my child. She has an awful bedside manner and does not know how to be respectful in a emotional time. I don't ever want to have another child because of the awful experience I had with her. My baby was ok thankfully. And honestly she should be thankful as well because had something happened to my child after the AWFUL experience I had with my delivery it wouldn't have been pretty!! This was my second child and my first delivery was so much more pleasant with a different dr!! Stay clear!! If I ever have another baby I'll go with another group because of the fear she would be the awful doctor on call during delivery!

This doctor is not forthcoming in her findings of risks during delivery. She put my daughter-in-law and unborn grandchild at risk during a labor induction and told us thaf she thought things were wrong and then said no that everything was ok only to find out after birth that what we were told was wrong was in fact wrong. I am very thankful Mommy and baby are fine but only because of a higher power. Please do not allow this doctor deliver your baby. Her bedside manners are also horrible. I would never recommend to anyone.

I'm not disqualifying Dr. Cruz's credentials. I'm sure she's very good. She seems very nice. However, my niece went there for Pelvic Conjestion Syndrone, which is highly painful. She signed a legal document for this office to get her medical records at least a month ago and they still haven't received them. This office should be on top of this considering Dr. Cruz stated there was nothing she could do to help my niece until she received said medical records.

Dr. Cruz found a possibly serious condition, that I did not even know I had. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable. I want to use her as my Primary Care Provider. I'm very impressed.

Far from the comments I read from here, I had a great experience with Dr. Cruz with regards to giving treatment to her patients. She had been very helpful and explains each detail in a way that I would understand my case or situation. I had a very bad dysmenorrhea which she recommends and did the best solution and prevent me from having a couple of days in month having to suffer in misery of painful cramps. As a contented and grateful patient, I will recommend her as a great OB GYN doctor.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Cruz she is thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring. She educated me about my condition and informed me about all the treatment options available. I was able to make a well informed decision about the treatment I received.
