If you are looking for a completely checked out OB and incompetent office staff then this place is for you. To make this short and sweet here is a list of what you should and should not expect: Expect: 1. to be billed promptly for everything with minimal explanation of what you are being billed for. In fact there will be billing mistakes and you have to catch them and complain to get the error fixed 2. Excuses instead of apologies each time something is done wrong. Do not expect: 1. to be seen on time (Dr.Graven usually runs 45min to an hour and a half late to all appointments) 2. Dr. Graven to know your chart or what procedures have already been performed 3. To be called back when promised 4. Any sort of follow up (you have to call them each time and let them know you're upset) 5. To be seen or receive a call from Dr. Graven after you deliver. I had to call her asking for certain medication and even then I only received a call back a week after delivery. Zero care for the patient!!

Love this doctor. Delivered my son last year. We are halfway through our second pregnancy and would not have even considered another doctor. She IS the best, trust me. Not punctual, but who is? If you want the best care, and in worst case scenario (c-section) best surgeon, she is it!

Nadine Graven MD. diagnosed my placenta previa 15 years ago and I gave birth 4 weeks early. My son is today a happy and healthy high school student. You are in great medical care if you see her for anything OBGYN related.

I signed up as a patient of Dr. Graven but I never had a chance to meet her in person. For the last 3-4 years, her nurse, Erica Brown attended when I went to see Dr. Graven. My experience when I got sick was extremely negative. I was treated for the wrong condition and given antibiotics by Erica. When I called the office nobody was available to talk to me, they where all busy or at lunch. When Erica’s assistant’s nurse called and told me to keep on taking the medication and that it would take time to clear. Three days after, I had to phone the emergency line, their service was even worst Nobody knew who was covering for Dr. Graven/Nurse Brown. After 3 hours another doctor called me and said she could not prescribe anything over the phone for my pain until sees me. This terrible experience is not acceptable to me. As of today I still don’t know how Dr. Graven looks like. My advice to women is to see a doctor not a nurse. I am dropping Dr. Graven/Nurse Brown and their office.

Was not clear or helpful with much! Waited over an hour for each appiontment ! Was forgot about at seven months pregnant after drinking that orange soda for a test and asked to drink another bottle for the test was feeling So sick!Felt like cattle .Then she gives me the wrong test results when I asked what It was that I had she says oh thats a mistake ,her assistant rudely said well thats waht I thought it read!Sent me home the night before delivery when I was dialated to seven ,and came back an hour later the head nurse looked at me and said shes in labor shes not going anywhere !!!! Instead of coming in at 9 at night to check on my baby and me,she woild call to thoughtfully check on my staus. She showed up 5 minutes before my delivery to literally catch my baby coming out..AND she requested in the middle of my delivery at 8 in the morning that I NOT push because she was running late and requested a Latte be ready for her when she arrived!!Litteraly bad experience

Dr. Graven is brainy. However, I felt she was a bit heavy handed, unfriendly and awkward. I recently had my tube tied. The doctor was 1hr10minn., late. Offered no explanation nor apologies. The doctor saw me in the post-op room 20 minutes before MY scheduled time. Avoided my eye contact, left the building for another non-emergency/scheduled surgery appt., I knew of the "other" surgery appt., only after I demanded her whereabouts did the staff informed me. Staff: paperworks were loose, took 3 months for the tubal appt., offered no explanation nor accoutability for the delays. Office visit wait were long & tiresome. Understandable the nature of the doctor's work. But the wait were endless even when she's in the office. As her patient I felt unimportant, always saw the PA, not the doctor!

I have had an ongoing medical problem for the past seven months, and it took me six visits with a physician's assistant before I was told to make an appointment with the doctor. The physician's assistant was very nice and certainly tried her best, but whatever is wrong with me is clearly beyond her abilities, since she never managed to help me. Today I finally had an appointment with Doctor Graven, but it was canceled since one of her other patients went into labor (I should have known, since almost every time I've been in the office, a sign has been up on the desk informing patients that the doctor has a patient in labor and may be called away at any moment). Anyway, in the end, I would say this is a good office for obstetrics and routine gynecology (ie, anything a physician's assistant can do), but I wouldn't recommend it if you have an actual gynecological problem. Also, be prepared to be taken to the exam room, undress and put on a gown, and then wait for 30+ minutes!

Dr. Graven has been my OB for over 10 years and delivered both of my children and tied my tubes...Love her enough to drive an hour and half to get to her and wait sometimes a hefty wait.

Okay so not always on time for office visits but had the option to see her PA if needed. Was on time and there in 10 mins when I had my son. That is what counts!! LOVE her and her office staff. Made my husand and daughter feel very important. The after care was even better if you can believe it! Made sure I was taken care of. Too bad I didn't have her when I had my first child, so many problems would have been avoided. Knows her stuff, would recommend her to everyone!!!
