She has no people skills. Didn't even introduce herself, just said "Sit there" and pointed to the exam chair. Very abrupt and curt the few times she did speak. Got my glasses prescription and left. Will not go back, there are too many other places to spend my valuable dollars.

Dr Latter was great: professional, funny, energetic, and very helpful. She was running all her business by herself. I really liked dealing with her.
