Waiting time 2 hours + . She spent only 2 min with us. Didn’t pay attention to my questions. Didn’t solve our problem. It even made it worse. I do not recommend this doctor.

First of all, I choose her because I heard from at least from three people that she is ultra knowledgable, very caring and extremely dedicated. And that is what I exactly found out when she treated me with lots of compassion and elegance. Not only that she called me from her cel phone after after long and exhausting day (while driving back to her family) to tell me about the result of the test she conducted on me with extreme efficiency. In a word, she is the very beast in every sense of the word. I will never ever forget her expert touch and her lovely caring and smile! May God Almighty Bless you, Dr. (Professor) Suzanne Merkle! rest assured that I will always pray for you!

She was recommended by my mom, I booked the apt and arrived early with all my paperwork filled out. I drove 40 mins, I left work early ( full time job and have 2 kids) after waiting for over 30 mins they said it maybe another 45 and would I like to reschedule- so ticked .. and then said give me a fort am avail apt but was told it could still be a long wait???? So my recommendation is for them not to take anymore new patients and book over an hour for each patient- I have never been so mad and now driving home in rush hour traffic will be over an hour - wish I could bill them for my time

Here is my experience...You may make an appointment with Dr. Merkle at a date and time that works for you. You may plan your work/life around that appointment time to ensure that you can be there. That doesn't actually ensure that you have an appointment. I made an appointment. Waited weeks, then shortly before the scheduled appointment started getting text messages asking me to confirm for appointments that I never made. Incidentally, all the texts came over Thanksgiving weekend when the office was closed so I couldn't call. When I called Monday morning to try and confirm for the appointment I had actually made for the following day, the receptionist was very rude. She told me that she was able to see every appointment I had ever made, and that I never, ever had an appointment for the time and date I actually did make the appointment for. The only appointment she would admit to seeing was one on a totally different date and at a totally different time than the appointment I made. When I asked how it was that I had multiple text messages asking for confirmation of various appointments if I had only ever had one appointment she told me that other patients in their practice must have the same cell phone number as me??!?? and that those texts were actually intended for them. First, that is absolutely impossible...it's a PHONE NUMBER!!, the idea being that it is only connected to ONE CELL PHONE like every other phone number on the planet. Second, the first two words in each of the text messages were my first and last name, so obviously they were intended for me. When I told her that she was even more snotty, and said that I could either keep the appointment they had on the books for me or they would have to "cancel me". When I told her that I would indeed want to cancel the appointment she was absolutely incredulous. So if I'm following the text message trail correctly...the office seriously overbooked, then changed my appointment 3 times without having the common courtesy to call and ask if the new appointments would even work for me. They then lied to me when I called them even though I had proof of what had happened in the form of multiple text messages, which I offered to send to them. Dr. Merkle might give adequate care, but wouldn't it be nice if she were honest too? See someone else. Chances are you will make an appointment, wait a month, and still have to make an appointment somewhere else.
