I think this guy now works in New Westminster, BC (near Vancouver). Saw him a few years ago, and immediately asked my family doctor for a new neurologist as I found him very condescending. If this is the same doctor, AVOID this POS!

The must stupid neurologist I ever met , he never listen to his patients and he think that he is the best and all other doctors opinions are nothing, one visit and you will discover how foolish he is.

Avoid Dr Toma lack of knowledge and lack of care and very arrogant. Change the your doctor immediately.

An arrogant neurologist who lacks knowledge. Nothing could be worse than entrusting an incompetent physician with your loved one, I would not trust this doc and feel I have lost my loved one cos of his lack of care
