I have been going to Beautiful Smiles Dental for almost two years now. Dr. Conover saw me most of the time. He recommended very expensive and extensive dental work (I'm under 35) which I questioned. He became frustrated with me and walked out of the office. I informed his staff that I was disappointed, and they asked him to come talk to me at length about his recommendations. He made a 1 hour appointment with me and we talked for about 15 minutes about the recommended procedures. I am still not convinced that his recommendations are valid, so I will be getting a second opinion. Additionally, I had a few procedures done over the last two years, and was told that I owed a substantial amount of money, although I had coverage through two insurers. After fighting with their office staff for a year, I suddenly received a statement that had a balance due 17% of my initial balance. When I asked how that happened, they told me they made "adjustments". They have lost my trust.
