Mr. Newman, Ellen and another staffer in Mr. Newman's West Orange, NJ office are the most unprofessional and unethical "dental professionals" I've ever encountered.

Mr. Newman, Ellen and another office staffer falsely accused me of not signing my son's Invisalign contract when I did. I **emailed** Mr. Newman's office a screenshot of the signed Invisalign contract. I also insisted on a written apology from Mr. Newman for his unacceptable mistreatment of this paying compliant customer.

I also discovered a letter that Mr. Newman sent to a Dr. Mehta, thanking this person for referring me to his office. This never happened. This letter was a complete lie and fabrication.

I filed several complaints with the New Jersey Dental Board about these incidents. I don't think the department required Mr. Newman to submit any affidavit or other sworn testimony, which would ensure he would tell the truth. As a result, I don't think the decisions about his professionalism and whether he kept accurate patient records were examined with transparency and in-depth.

Mr. Newman, Ellen and his staff are the most unprofessional, unethical people I've ever done business with.

Not only do they blame their incompetence and lack of professionalism on a paying compliant customer, they produce mediocre results.

Dr. Newman has treated two of my children and I could not be any happier. He started them at an early age with palate expanders and because of it their smiles are absolutely big and beautiful. The staff is always smiling , helpful and informative. Dr. Newman has always taken the time to sit and explain anything I am unclear with regardless of how busy he may be. I can’t say enough good things about him and can’t wait for my Invisalign trays to come in so I can start my treatment!!!!! Highly recommend!!!

All 4 of my children are/have been patients with Dr. Newman and I couldn't be more pleased. Everything about being a patient there is made easier by Dr. Newman and his great staff. They are all helpful, kind and patient. My children's smiles all look amazing. I highly recommend him to everyone I know!

Just moved to the area, a friend told me her kids went to Dr Newman. We made an appointment and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Dr. Newman is so nice! He took his time examining my son and explained to us exactly what he needed. All of the assistant are very pleasant and accommodating. We could not have been happier. Highly recommend Newman.!
