Last year I got prescription sunglasses and regular glasses. Both took 1 week to arrive. This year it took 30 minutes on site to replace the lenses in my regular glasses. I was guaranteed 5 days to replace the lenses in my sunglasses. I called on the arranged date to see if they were busy and if I could pick them up. The woman I spoke to was condescending and had no idea what she was talking about. In a rude tone she told me that I was "mistaken" and I probably did not listen because it definitely takes 3 weeks to change the lenses. I don't understand why the doctor himself told me that they would make sure I got them back withing 5 business days and then that rude lady told me that Oh no it takes much longer. Also, why did no one have the proper customer service training/initiative to think to find out the time frame and call me back? Awful service. The only staff member that was great was the nice little lady that fit my glasses. Definitely not going to recommend that anyone I know go here based purely on the staff with the poor customer service.

I needed them today and now I'm screwed for another week. Thanks. The doctor himself is amazing and knowledgeable and helpful. His staff, except for one lady who fits the glasses, have no idea what customer service is. It's sad no one had the foresight to inform a paying client that I have to wait another week. I probably wouldn't recommend going here based solely on the terrible service from the staff.

Dr. Krista is excellent . Charges high someone has to pay for there renovations. Lenses issued are poor quality and material. Eye exams given are top of the line. Glasses dispensersy and staff are costing them heavily. In customer satisfaction. Great doctor but purchce your lenses elseware .

My doctor advised me to get an assessment for my sudden blurred and spotty vision. Their website was informative so I booked an appointment. I advised the staff and the optometrist of my vision problems. After my examination and various other tests I was advised my issues should clear on their own. I was billed almost a hundred dollars more than their comprehensive exam. I was told they did additional tests. I believe I was charged (overcharged) for services I did not ask for. I will not go there again.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. D Immanorato or Dr. K Innamorato. I went to several other eye doctors in Unionville who did nothing for my eye conditions, and they both worked with me to find a solution that literally has changed my life. It's your EYES and your VISION! I didn't find them any more "expensive" than other doctors. But you do get what you pay for and I would have paid a lot more for the amazing results found only at Unionville Optometry.

Dr. Innamorato has been my family's eye doctor for almost 20 years. He made a very early diagnosis of Keratoconis in my teenaged daughter. Because of his early diagnosis, quick actions and assistance in getting this degenerative condition treated we were able to stablize and even improve her vision for the long term. I've talked to others with Keratoconis who went for years because their optrometrist could not figure out what their problem was. My husband also has some issues and Dr. Innamorato has been excellent with him from the beginning. He is very caring, understanding and thorough.

I have been a long time patient of Dr Innamorato and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is friendly patient, and very knowledgable....even after moving to Brampton, I travel to his office in Unionville to see him. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes.

Both my husband and I saw him and I was shocked when I got my bill. In all my years I had never seen a bill like that or had so many tests for no reason. Complete waste of time and money. I was perscribed new glasses and they are actually making my eyes worse! I feel it's the wrong perscription, his explanation, well the len's is much bigger so your eyes have to adjust. (Load of crap, I have worn glasses for 30 years and never had that issue.) Regardless, I would never go back amd would never refer anyone there either.
