I am writing this on behalf of my father. Do not go to Dr.Patrick Nguyen. He does not check your health and medical status. He worked on my father with out checking that he has a heart condtion. He suffered excessive bleeding after a prodedure. He does not call and remind patients to take nececsarry presription drugs before dental treatments.He had an appointment and dr. patrick nguyen made him pay before dental treatment! we are very dissapointed in him and will never see him again! on another positive note his receptionist that he had , but now no longer works there was great. too bad she quit along with all the other staff.

I'm on a dental plan and I rarely have paid any overage .He took me in on very short notice on referral from my husband also a patient who isn't keen on dentists. We both recommend him highly. I like the flexibility to make appointments that work with my schedule. the reception area is cool and soothing. he referred me to a very good orthodontist - too - Dr Lesley Williams in Couth Surrey

This clinic has 2 dentists and yet they are not open very often. Over Xmas they didn't have any instructions left on the machine for patients in distress, where to go, etc. I suffered excruciating problems, and had no where to turn!!! Then he overcharged me for an extraction where HE decided to put a stitch in the gums, where the dental surgeon I had seen over the holidays charged me $200 less!!! I've never heard of a piece of surgeon stitch material cost THAT much!! They just don't seem to want to do anything but run of the mill stuff there. If you have emergencies, forget it. I'm going to be leaving the practice because of these important issues.
