I really liked this doctor. He actually listened to my story and symptoms, was polite and offered his opinions on my thyroid problem. Although he didn't have enough of my medical records, he requested them and then called me with more feedback.... awesome!

While his knowledge of medicine is excellent and the staff are great, Dr. Laedtke has a pronounced emotional disconnect (at least with this patient). They also insist you come in for an appointment (at which they can charge insurance) even if it is to get a simple test result. When telling him I was going to see another Dr., he got defensive that his experience was better and did not even have the courtesy to wish me well even though he treated me for cancer. You could do worse than having him as your Dr., but you can do much better.

I have seen Dr. Laedtke several times and really like him. I read some of the reviews on this website and was amazed some people had a bad experience with his care... suspect they had their own issues. He has been very polite and respectful during my visits and I appreciate his evaluations and recommendations.

Dr. Laedtke is a first-class jerk. I feel sorry for his wife. He is a very competent endocrinologist so it is a shame that his treatment of people is so atrocious. He was downright emotionally abusive during my visit and I left in tears which he tried to blame on me. Life is too short to put up with that kind of treatment, I'd rather wait 6 months for an appointment than go back to him.

Dr.Ladtke is so kind and caring. I have never felt rushed when in his office. I have had a rough go of things as of late and when he got the bloodwork results back not only did he call me on the weekend with the results but he was also on vacations. I can ask any question and he will always answer it to the best of his knowledge, and if it is something I should ask another dr. he will ask who I see or refer me where I need to go. There truly aren't enough kind words I can say about him, he truly is the example of what any dr. should be and how they should treat their patients. Thanks for all of your wonderful care!

Dr. Thomas Laedtke has been my endocrinologist for more than ten years of the nearly 40 years that I have been on insulin. Next to my wife, I trust him with my life. I came to him because he was called the "best pump" doctor in the area. This recommendation accurately describes him. I look to him for recommendations concerning my diabetes treatment plan above all others. He is a very interactive, compassionate, caring listener, and consummate practitioner. He communicates with a delightful sense of humor, rapidly absorbs details about my health conditions that may have changed since my last visit, thoughtfully articulates his recommendations, and is completely responsive to my needs in finding the best adjustments in my pump management. I have seen Dr. Laedtke several times and like him. He has been very personable, focusing on my symptoms and provides alot of ideas about my treatment plan. He's not afraid to give direct feedback, but I like that. He has always been pleasant and respectful. I'd recommend him to anyone and appreciate his help.

I had a great experience with Dr Laedtke he is a Mayo clinic trained endocrinologist and I felt very comfortable. He took a ton of time with me to help identify the issues I was having with my Type II diabetes. Dr Laedtke explained why we made the changes in meds and explained how they work different than the others meds I was taking. I go to doctors for their expertise in their field and was very happy with the care I received.
