I became a patient of Dr. Shannon Price in 2011. From my very appointment my I knew this Sister was God sent: Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring and Available anytime and I mean anytime!!! She made me feel so at ease with what was going through. She listened and she explained our plan of action. She knew I was so concerned after my surgery she sent me a special gift to put my mind at ease!! This Lady is so awesome I was absolutely heart broken when she told me she would be relocating. I wish you great success and truly blessed the Lord for your kind spirit. There is only one Dr. Price !!!!!

I can only speak highly of Dr Price. My pregnancy was somewhat challenging and I can honesty say I'm not sure I would have been able to keep calm without her. She was there for me in ways that people could never imagine. Someone who is willing to give up so much of her personal life only to completely devote the best care to her patients is something you rarely find. I would be a patient of Dr Price one million times over.

Dr. Price is the best doctor I have ever had. She helped our family through two pregnancies (ectopic and miscarriage). The operation was smooth and the recovery was very successful. Dr. Price has a fantastic rapport and the utmost care for her patients. She is hands down the very best!!

Shannon Price is the most compasstinate caring doctor I have ever seen. She was not just my Dr. but a friend that felt like my sister. With my history I had many Dr. Insisting I have procedures that I wasn't ready for nor felt I needed. Shannon stood by me and my decisions and never once gave me grief. With the time came Shannon went over every detail to the point she made notes on my papers to reassure me what we discussed would be done.
My family history is full of cancer and Shannon always understood and stayed on top of what I needed to do to prescreen. Unfortunatly I have not been able to stay with Shannon due to some insurance change, since then I have yet to find a Dr. that reminds me ever 6 months what I need to do or mails you info on your issues or even sends you a text from her personal cell just to check on you.!!!! Shannon cares so much!!! I pray every dr. Would take some lessons from her!!!

As a medical professional, I highly respect Dr Price for her commitment and care of her patients as INDIVIDUALS. She truly understands no 2 people are the same and she doesn't use a formulaic approach. Also, and this is rare in medicine unfortunately, she stays very update with new research, is passionate about educating her patients so they can make the best decision for their health, and she is internally motivated to ALWAYS give the best care to each person who is fortunate enough to cross her path. She's truly unique! When a big decision regarding my health came up, she also included my husband in our discussions (with my consent, of course), knowing that whichever option we chose would impact us as individuals and as a couple and our relationship. She's outstanding!

I have had 3 children delivered by 3 different dr.'s. Dr. Price delivered my 3rd. I have never had such a personal relationship with any dr as I did with Shannon. She truly cares for her patients. Shannon is one in a million!! I cried when she told me she was moving. If you ever have the opportunity to be seen by her don't pass it up! She is not only an amazing dr but an amazing person who genuinely cares for her patients. She loves her job and has a passion for it and her patients like no one I've ever met. I was blessed to have met her...

Dr. Price is one of the best....if not the best OBGYN doctor their is. I was using her when she was in Perry, Fl..... the day she told me she was moving, ole my, it was one of my worse day. I had finally found someone who really, really cares for her people. I am making plans, hopefully, to go see her this year. Miss my dr. so, so, much.

Wonderful, caring and compassionate are the first words that come to my mind about Dr. Price. She will go the extra mile for her patients. Dr. Price, Dr. Payne and the entire staff of Southwest GA OB-GYN are exceptional in everyway. Albany is blessed to have this practice in our town.

I met Dr. Price after a referral from my Primary Physician. The care and friendly personal treatment I received by her was outstanding. She went above and beyond in her care of me before, during and after surgery. She truly cared about me as a person not just another patient. I came into her office a stranger, scared, in pain and very sick and left after that very first visit comforted in knowing that I had been referred to the best person to treat me. Her professional and personal treatment of me after surgery continued. I knew if I needed her, all I had to do was call and she would call me back. You don't get this level of treatment from just anyone! I would recommend Dr. Price to anyone in need of OBGYN services! This 50+ lady is so glad to know that there are still wonderful physicians out in the world like Dr. Price.
