I thought Dr. Sepp was wonderful. She was very thorough and got right to the point. She is not my usual doctor, but I'm going to switch to her now. I agree with the other person's comments about the office staff. They are pretty rude.

Dr. Sepp is not so bad, as so much her staff is and they are a direct reflection of the leadership of the office. Very rude women, the office is never BUSY BUSY, yet they huff and puff like they're over worked. Once I called 2 hours early to say I'd be 30 minutes late. When I arrived they wouldn't see me... they let me still take off work and come even after teh call! The doctor or her staff never call back pharmacies to work around prescriptions that aren't covered, if your insurance doesn't pay for what she wrote. Do NOT expect them to write a letter or force it through, they'll want a new visit to get you again to suggest a new drug!
