Two times now I have shown up at the dental clinic for a scheduled teeth cleaning only to find the office closed. I received a telephone reminder message on the second occasion which clearly indicated a different day for the appointment. I turned up that day and the office was closed. After being a loyal patient for 26 years now I am NOT in a happy place.

Awful. Do not see this dentist. For a simple teeth cleaning it will take 6-8 hours. He just leaves you in the chair for hours while he continuously leaves to see other patients. And you’ll probably wait hours in the waiting room. I went in with bad tooth pain and he blew me off saying nothing was wrong and I was grinding my teeth that’s why it hurt so he would file that tooth down. I went back multiple times over almost 2 years the pain getting worse and he just kept telling me it was my teeth grinding and would file down this tooth. Then had me buy an expensive bite guard. He did take multiple X-rays but kept saying he doesn’t see anything. The last time I went when the pain got really bad he said oh come one you’re just being dramatic. As a women you can imagine how infuriating that is. I went to a new dentist they did an X-ray and they said I had a severe infected tooth and needed a root canel asap. They sent me to specialist but before I could make it the the appointment the next day my cheek blew up to the size of baseball and I ended up in the ER. I had to be on a morphin drip for the pain and strong antibiotics. I saw the specialist the next day and he said it was among the worst tooth abscess he had ever seen. Dr.Kevin Orieux ignored my pain, dismissed me as a dramatic women and because of his inability to read an X-ray with a terrible abscess I ended up in the ER. He had me suffering for 2 years letting this tooth abscess build, telling me it was my fault from grinding my teeth.

This is a terrible dentist. Misdiagnosed a tooth abscess as wisdom teeth pain, a week later I was in so much pain it was unbearable and needed emergency dental intervention.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.
Racked up my coverage and kept going…charged me over thousands to do work he said was required asap…replacing old fillings is not an immediate requirement as they were not cracked or broken. Very condescending and arrogant. Worst thing ever was listening to him “yell” at his staff during operating hours for very unnecessary reasons such as filing differently than what he wanted. Even though I had double coverage with medical, he was able to cost me so much extra money for his treatments.
Best thing ever, he conducted a root canal that I had to go get re-done by a specialist 6 months later because the pain he caused would not subside.
There is a reason for the massage chair in the waiting room….I sat on it for over an hour before he finally got me in for my scheduled appointment; tardiness is an understatement with this doctor.
So glad I left his practice and didn’t expose my children to him.

I lost a filling during covid and was in a lot pain. The 123 emergency dental line told me that no dentist would be able or willing to help me. I contacted Dr. Orieux and was immediately willing to help me. He saw me the next day and fixed the filling. No more pain! I also have major dental anxiety and Dr. Orieux was extremely understanding and caring. He explained everything to me and talked to me throughout the appointment to keep my anxiety at bay. He also checked in on me over the next few weeks to ensure that I was not experiencing any more pain or issues. I am so thankful for Dr. Orieux and all that he did for me!

I was unfortunate to have an extraction cancelled due to covid-19, i managed to make it 3 or 4 weeks before having to get in contact with Dr. Orieux as i was in enough pain that i was losing sleep and was very uncomfortable. We tried to neutralize the pain with some pain killers and antibiotics and he stayed in contact with me checking in every single day. After about a week the pain had got to a level of pain that i had never experienced before and Dr. Orieux opened up the clinic just for me to take the tooth out. Dr. Orieux then checked in every single day after for almost 2 weeks to make sure i was healing properly and was no longer experiencing any pain. I am so very thankful for everything Dr. Orieux has done for me and recommend anyone looking for an excellent and very caring dentist to go see him, you will not be disappointed!

Started with a phone call on a Sunday night. I had a roaring tooth ache. He texted and called and I was in the chair Monday morning. Covid restrictions are in place but he went above and beyond to get my abscessed tooth under control. If you want a dentist who truly cares about your well being Dr Kevin and his staff are the best.
I have had an appointment in the past where a little girl fell in the playground. I had to wait while she was rushed in ahead of me and I am truly appreciative of his emergency policy when I needed it.

Just had an emergency appt with Dr. Orieux. I called , he phoned right back and within an hour I was sitting in the chair. Amidst these covid times (and office closed) Dr Orieux was truly concerned about my health and dental needs. Office was open just for me. Left his office with well communicated instructions for my upcoming care for days ahead. Dr. Orieux is a caring , knowledgeable professional Dentist. My treatment today was exceptional as always. His staff is friendly, kind and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Orieux the best Dentist I've ever been too.

Just came back from my appointment with Dr. Orieux and i felt compelled to share my dental work procedures performed by Dr Orieux with anyone looking for a dentist that is truly professional,competent and caring as in caring about you, the patient and the best procedure to take for your dental health and needs. He thoroughly explains the whys and what for,s so you can understand the necessity for whatever work that is required to properly repair your particular dental issue. today he attached the permanent crown and the fitting is incredible. this did not happen by chance, it is the years of experience and the time he took to prep and shape the tooth to ensure such a solid,tight fit. Dr Orieux really takes great pride in his practice and i appreciate having him as my trusted dentist. I can say with confidence he is of the very best of dentists. also the whole staff are really great and do their work well. lets be honest, no one really looks forward to a session in the dentists chair but here i can feel at ease because i know its going to be okay .

Always super kind and helpful! He's given me procedures from getting my wisdom teeth removed to reverse pull headgear and always takes the time to explain everything and check up on me both during and after the appointment. Everything is done out of genuine concern for the well-being and comfort of the patient and it's really easy to tell!
