Dr. Tenison and all her staff are very knowledgeable and thorough! While visits do take about an hour to 2 hours, wouldn't you target have quality not quantity! Dr. Tenison is very up front about your health and any concerns she may have. My visits to get clinic so far have been for my pap smear and the nexplanon implant! Each time, Lan work was done as it should be, and these nurses know what they're doing! Then Dr. Tenison addressed an issue concerning my weight. Of course no woman wants to hear this, her job as a Professional Doctor is to be point blank honest! She have me a paper with some excellent tips and even a sample menu of what a healthier diet should be, and u appreciated that! The girls who work in the office ALWAYS called me the day before and day of appointment, which i think is great! The PAs are very knowledgeable and that comforted me. Reading reasons is good but some of the older reviews i read were ridiculous! She is excellent, go!

After drawing my blood for my 18wk prenatal, Sherry forced me to sign consent for a 25wk test which I didn't want and hadn't needed for my first 2 babies. She threatened to dispose of my blood samples and not run any of the tests if I didn't consent. She told me I should only gain 25lb; advice relevant to someone already overweight or obese, not someone <120lb pre-pregnancy. Overbearing, poor listener. I told her that I had breastfed my children for a total of 4 years, and she continued trying to sell me on the benefits of breastmilk. An old blood sample had been left in the exam room, there was no toilet paper for the urine test. My daughter got a high fever from coming to the office with me, and the online Lab Beacon system doesn't work.

After three visits to this Doctor, my wife decided to not go back to her any more. When they schedual you for an appointment and you arrive on time, you need to just wait bewteen45-60 minuts before some one can take you inside. The schedualing staff is the worse part of their clinic.the waiting area is always full of patients and their children in a way you feel that they schedual people randomly.

I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday which by the way I had to wait for forty minutes at least to speak to someone when the Medical Office Asst. answered I made the appt. and she asked my my S.S#!? So I go in on Thursday and I did not have my bc/bs card as it was around the first week of Jan. and I had not received my card in the mail so I printed one out a temp that had the info of my benefits and the MOA tells me I'm sorry we can not accept this, we need the physical card and she said did they not tell you that when they scheduled you and I said no I had to wait 40 minutes for someone to answer and she said "Oh yeah that's because I am the only one answering phones and I ignore them when I am busy. They call me a day later saying that they wanted to remind about an appt I made & I had not made any so I told them no to take me off the system & she said okay. A second lady calls me and says the same thing. They are completely unprofessional. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!
