Worst dr ever, it takes about 3 months to get your first appointment you are graced with her presence this one time. After that your follow up visits ( which most will need when fine tuning your treatment) will be with nurses because she has so many patients she is too booked to actually give you specialized care, in person. It is like a patient factory, and if you try to communicate through email, between visits half the time she doesn’t bother responding.

I have had nothing but amazing care from Dr.Coda and her staff. She communicates effectively, even in email to follow-up. Sometimes it’s hard to get an appointment but she is worth it. What I really love about Dr. Coda is how she allows you to make decisions in your care along with her. She really listens and cares.

Dr. Codo has always been a great doctor. She is very kind, yet very professional. She is extremely knowledgeable. There have been problems with the staff answering and returning calls. However, since DuPage Medical has taken over, all of the problems have been alleviated. Calls are answered, appointments are easy to make and confirm, prescriptions are promptly refilled and the new staff is very pleasant. I would highly recommend this practice. I have been seeing Dr. Codo for almost 4 years and I am very happy with the evolution of the office.

Of course I should have read the reviews prior to making an appointment with Dr. Codo. I left a message Monday morning stating that my levels were over 350 and whomever I spoke with said I would get a call back that day. Needless to say, it is Wednesday and I have still not heard from their office. Also, no follow up appointment for 3 months...not addressing my needs during that time? Needless to say, I have left a message stating I would not be one of her patients and will look for another doctor and would not recommend her!

Dr. Codo is very friendly and knowledgeable. However, on her days off, which are many, you won't be able to get guidance or assistance. even at a time of severe lows or highs. She is unavailable, period. I've waited 3 days for a call back and told nothing other than she's studying for her boards and unavailable.

She was recommend by my primary doctor. I found her office personnel to be very helpful. And Dr Codo has help me with my diabetes.

Don't even think about starting here. The staff is rude and beyond inefficient. The phone is not answered even during working hours. The doctor is inaccessible and negligent in patient care. I am dumbfounded by this failure of this practice. Go anyplace else.

Well I had an appt., but staff claims I didn't confirm my adapt. which is not true. I took a day off work, drove 45 mins. to be turned away. I was referred to Dr. Codo by my surgeon, needless to say I asked for another referral. I don't care how great a doctor she is - you have to work with her staff so what's the point - after all they are the "gate keepers".

Dr. .Codo's office is managed incredibly poorly and unprofessionally. The office does not even have voice mail messaging on the weekend. Perscription refills are very difficult to manage. Seek another medical professional who will be accommodating and responsive to the patient!
