Negligent doctor. Deals with you only when convenient.

Dr. Khan and her receptionist are extremely unprofessional and negligent. After being our family doctor and having a good relationship for 10 years, our calls and emails were not answered for months. She left my parents without access to medication during the pandemic, and me without getting necessary tests and medical advice. When I was finally able to get ahold of her receptionist, she told me we were not patients there( suddenly after 10 years ). Clearly, they removed us off the patient list without informing us and left us hanging for months during the pandemic. How anyone can claim to be a medical professional and do this is beyond me. Do not waste your time here. Find someone who actually cares about their patients.

I have been with Dr Khan for about 8 years now and have been very happy to have her as my doctor. Dr khan was the first doctor who took the time to get to know me as a person. I have received exceptional care from her. Her office manager is also amazing and very helpful. Dr Khan had impressed me with her knowledge. She genuinely cares about her patients and their outcomes. I wish her the very best as she expands her work into the hospital setting .

Dr Farah Khan is the worst doctor I've ever encountered. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Refused to do any tests when I was seriously suffering. She also refused to do a PAP test which was recommended by a specialist. She only likes to gossip and put people down instead of being a doctor. Not only is she arrogant but she also loves to talk about her children and how wonderful they are while bashing others. I switched my doctor after never hearing back from her. WORST DOCTOR - STAY AWAY

Dr. Khan is extremely unreliable, extremely judgemental, and does not value her patients time. Her receptionist also does not response back to emails or phone calls. I would not recommend her to anyone. STAY CLEAR!

My poor grandmother died under her care. Yes she had health issues but their was no communication or compassion from Dr. Khan, we tried a number of times to get a hold of her to get an update on my grandmothers condition and was rarely contacted about her condition. She literally dropped dead my grandmother and we were hunting down Dr. khan all day to get an answer as to how she died. It was very disturbing and this experience had made me lose faith in doctors and in the human race. I didn’t know narcissists could be doctors too.

Dr. Khan let my autoimmune disorder get to a point that I will now be on medication for the rest of my life, and I'm only in my 20s. She refused to do any testing (blood work, ultrasound, etc.) no matter how much I begged and pleaded with her for 7 years. In seven years, she did not put a single finger, blood pressure monitor, or stethoscope on my body. I would walk into her office and she would pull up WebMD. That was the extent of her medical practice.

She is incompetent and unprofessional. She belittles patients (particularly immigrants) and will refuse to provide medical assistance. She reveals sensitive, confidential information about patients to other patients. She consistently questioned my emotional and mental stability.

She should be reported to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario immediately. Dr. Khan is a negligent doctor. Please, if you care about your health and the health of your loved ones, do not go to this doctor.

By sharing information from other patients (family members) she guilted my father who was very clinically depressed. Walking out of her office you could see the effects. The next day he committed suicide. She absolutley should not be practicing. The words rude and unprofessional does not encompass her behaviour in the fullest.

She is very judgemental and has denied me asking for a blood test after not having done one for over 5 years. She takes about 1 hour with every patient even if it is not necessary, so waiting times are ridiculous even if you have an appointment.
The receptionist is very sweet and nice.

Never seen unprofessional Dr like her .. if you ask her for physical test she calls you a paranoid person specially if you are under 30 years.
She is arrogant very rude & loud everyone could hear her conversation with the patient from waiting room she also put down and talk bad about other Dr. in her area
She answers family calls during patient time.
