Similar to other comments, Dr. Kaye isn't ontime with appointments, however this is a common problem with many doctors. My main complain is that Dr. Kaye rushes to decision for surgery without having all facts. She dictates instead of having your input and consider alternative methods. Fear should mot impact decisions, she needs to act based on facts and available data .

If I could rate Dr. Kaye lower I would. She is the least caring and least understanding doctor that I have ever been to. Not only is she at least 30 minutes late to every appointment, once you get in the room she rushes as if you’re an inconvenience to her.
The last time I saw Dr. Kaye I told her there had been a problem with my birth control for the last few months, she brushed me off and said if it happens again make another appointment to see her. I immediately switched my provider.

I made an appointment with Dr. Kaye for my annual which was due in July 2022. I have my own business and see patients myself so cleared my schedule to accommodate to this appointment. The day before the appointment (which was made two months prior), Dr. Kaye had her staff call me and cancel it. I rescheduled the appointment for the next available opening which I was told was Monday, August 8th. Once again, I had to adjust my schedule to accommodate to Dr. Kayes. It is unbelievable that today, August 5th, she had her staff call me to cancel again!! Her receptionist was rude to make it worse. This behavior from Dr. Kaye and her staff is inconsiderate and unprofessional. She has no regard for her patients work commitments and obligations.

I would stay away from the birthing center especially if you have Dr. Laura kaye . My birthing experience with her was horrific. She's not kind, she's rude, and rolls her eyes at you when you are in the middle of pain from contractions . Unfortunately my doctor was not uncalled and I had the unfortunate experience dealing with her . Any doctor in this field should be more empathetic to us mothers who experience pain and are about to deliver a child . Wish my experience was better then dealing with this doctor .

Dr. Kaye is a wonderful Doctor, she answered all of my questions and concerns I would recommend her to all my family and friends. Best doctor by far!!

I recently saw Dr. Kaye, I was no more than 5 minutes late due to traffic from my way to work and the front desk asked me to come back an hour later... so I did. Between her Carmel office and the office in Putnam hospital both of the staff behind the front desk were very rude, unhelpful and judgmental. Dr. Kaye was very friendly and reassuring but the staff in the front are not helpful. At my first ultrasound, the technician performing (at Putnam hospital) it was extremely rude telling me to "hurry up". I also had the women who was drawing my blood comment on my age being pregnant young.

Waited for almost 2 hours. The doctor barely spent five minutes with me. I don't expect a super long visit, but she was obviously rushed and didn't care about anything I wanted to ask her.

Extremely nice and knowledgeable. Negative comments about office probably relate to the office where she used to see patients, not to her current one.

I have never waited in this office, I have never been rushed, I don't know what these other patients are talking about. If you think you are gonna discuss 50 problems in one Office visit its time for you wake up..Dr. Kaye is very professional and knowledgable.

I have seen Dr. Kaye a few times and she is very nice but always rushes me! The office is quite dingy looking. I'm not asking the DR to spend all day with me, but a 5 minute conversation works wonders for a patient looking for a piece of mind.
