Dr Rachel is exactly they type of doctor we needed As first time parents needing to make a decision on whether or not we should perform a procedure in our 3 week old baby. We are grateful we found her. She knowledgeable and confident. She was very kind and gave us the time and answered all our questions without rushing us.

Dr. Rachel Ruotolo performed Rhinoplasty / Septoplasty on both my daughters, on the same day. She checked up on each daughter before, after, and in between their surgeries; she showed care and professionalism throughout the whole process. We couldn't be happier with the results, she did an amazing job! Dr. Ruotolo is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and showed interest in what my daughters explained they were concerned with and she met their expectations . The staff is courteous and professional. I definitely recommend Dr. Ruotolo and would go back in the future for anything we would need or want.

Dr. Rachael Ruotolo is a highly skilled, experienced and compassionate surgeon. I’m a forty year old male born with a cleft pallet and lip. Dr Ruotolo has recently performed a lip scar and nose revision which I’m very pleased with the results. I was searching everywhere for a plastic surgeon, but it became clear to me Doctor Ruotolo was at the top of her field after reading about her uber expertise with cleft patients and her life changing results. She unconditionally agreed to treat me as an adult and helped me achieve my goals. I’m blessed to have found Dr Ruotolo, I’m forever grateful for the compassion, professionalism and understanding she has showed me. When we found a pressure ulcer, due to a cast, on my daughters foot, our pediatrician immediately recommended Dr. Ruotolo. I was so worried about the potential complications that could arise from this but Dr. Ruotolo instantly put me at ease in our initial visit. She spoke to my daughter throughout the appointment and was just compassionate all around. She was also confident in saying that it would heal well without being condescending. Dr. Ruotolo is not only a wonderful doctor, she has a great bedside manner and we would recommend her to anyone!

We were delivered the diagnosis of our daughter's unilateral cleft lip and palate during our 20 week scan. This devastating news became a lot more manageable after finding our cleft team and meeting Dr. Rachel Ruotolo. We knew immediately that not only is she a gifted plastic surgeon after seeing pictures of her patients but also an advocate for the children and families she comes into contact with. We interviewed other doctors after but we knew that it was more of a formality than necessity as we already knew she was our best choice for our little girl. Sure enough when our daughter was born Dr. Ruotolo provided more guidance and support than anyone else and still is 14 months later. We still have along road ahead but feel more confident navigating because of her.

My son is a Highschool wrestler who developed cauliflower ear. He looked deformed. We brought him to Dr. Ruotolo who fit him into her schedule because it was vital that he was seen quickly. His situation required immediate surgery which she performed later that same day. The result was amazinig. I cannot stress Dr. Ruotolo’s caring way and professionalism. She is amazing.

I was referred to Dr. Ruotolo by my ENT to take a look at my deviated septum. I was a more complicated case than usual because of my clef lip and pallet needs. Dr. Ruotolo was able to suggest a treatment plan for me and I have more than satisfied with the results so far. I had a lip revision done back in February and I will be having a nose procedure sometime in the future. Highly recommend Dr. Ruotolo and her staff.

My 5 year old daughter needed stitches above her lip. My pediatrician, without hesitation called Dr. Ruotolo’s office. Dr. Ruotolo takes the time to explain the situation and gives you all the options for treatment. Dr. Ruotolo made sure my 5 year old daughter was comfortable and at ease with anything that needed to be done. I will never forget what she did for my daughter during that stressful time. Dr. Ruotolo is the best!
