This was my very first time at this location and i really liked the staff and Dr. Ruotolo! My daughter was really nervous for the visit but she was calmed by the interaction she had with Dr. Ruotolo and her staff! What eased My daughter was that she was told she can get a toy from the toy box after seeing the doctor her mind quickly was fixed on getting a toy after her visit. Dr Ruotolo spoke to my daughter with patience and compassion . I definitely recommend her !!

I feel so very blessed to have found Dr. Ruotolo to help me to reclaim my life with much needed surgery after an unfortunate twist and turn in my life left me with life unrecognizable to me. Dr. Ruotolo was wonderful. She was very careful and thorough in her approach. She answered all of our questions and reviewed options with us. Moreover, she was so gracious with her time (even though the day must have been packed with a variety of challenges). I was cery pleased with our experience at LIPS.
