I’ve been seeing Dr. Roch for several years now. Whenever I manage to re-injure my back he’s always been available to help. There’s no lecturing of the things I should or shouldn’t be doing, but rather an encouragement for me to do what I can. I glad for the stretches and exercises he gives to hasten my recovery. I may not always do them but that’s on me. But he never makes me feel bad about that. Dr. Roch is very easy to talk to and never seems rushed. I’ve recommended Dr. Roch to my friends, family and colleagues. And like me, they too have been happy with the results.

I've been seeing Dr. Roch on and off for the last 9 years or so for issues with my back - bulged disc. Everytime I manage to "throw my back out" he's been able to fix it in a relatively short amount of time, no matter how bad it seemed. I also appreciate that he tells you when he thinks you're okay to stop seeing him for a while - he doesn't keep you on the hook to keep coming back, it's like he knows you'll be back when you need to be back. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Roch.

I love this Dr. and each and every staff member who make up the entire team at Natural Pain Solutions. At the door, you are always greeted by a smiling face (before Covid. Don'tworry, eyebrows are incredibly expressive too! 😉) and a chipper voice by whomever is working that day. Since Covid , the office has been diligent to ensure that all of the patients are both safe and comfortable, with the lowest risks possible. They are all so very respectful. When I began seeing Dr Dan about 5 months ago , I had fallen and suffered a severe concussion nearly an entire year previous. I was a mess! I had pain just about everywhere, or so it felt. Chronic Migraines, trouble sleeping, chronic neck, lower back and shoulder pain on top of Vestibular and cognition issues. He was truly, my last ditch effort to find someone to help me. I have never been "cracked " like with other Chiropractors because this guy does incredible deep tissue and nerve work for me instead! I am over the moon about my progress to date as I had very little improvement for that year prior . Btw, I firstly had tons of difficulty even finding a Dr to refer me to ANY neurologist or Pain Specialist or get me in to the right Physiotherapist and so on...

I had a huge fear of chiros since childhood. When I herniated my disc a few weeks ago I had to face my fear and I couldn't have been in better hands then with Dan. With his amazing help and support I'm well on my way to recovering and I've over come my fears of chiropractors.

I have been a patient of Dr. Roch for over 12 years. He has helped with all kinds of conditions from knee problems, back problems, clicking jaw, plantar's fasciitis, and neck tension. He is not the type of chiropractor that will make you come back repeatedly when it is not required. He is also very knowledgeable in suggesting preventive exercises and stretches.

Seen Dr Dan over a 10 year period in Winnipeg. Very helpful in treating lower back issues. In 2014 was treated after a fall. He actually diagnosed that I had had a concussion with the fall 3 week’s earlier. This was after I had gone to Emergency for dizziness and neck pain of which the medical doctors had not diagnosed or even suspected this . He saved Manitoba Health many $$$ by his diagnoses and subsequent treatment. He is empathetic and reassured me that the dizziness would go away and although it took a while I did recover. It is really too bad that most Md’s do not recognize the benefits that a good chiropractor can do for a patient. Dr Dan has also taken very specialized neurological studies in the US. I am grateful to have benefited greatly by his treatment.
