The secretary is rude and hung up on me after she gave me the wrong appointment date. Very low class...I can't even rate the doctor.

Great guy. Unlike most other doctors, does not keeping you waiting forever for your appt. Really cares when talking to you.

My husband and I think the world of Dr Gagnon. I first met him with the diagnosis of Ovarian Cancer - he was just wonderful. He is so knowlegable as a family physician. We have since had a few situations and he came through in a big way for us. We feel so blessed to have him as a family dr. His staff are lovely. He is on top of his game. He takes great pride in being a Doctor. Also, he has a wicked sense of humor. We are blessed big time. He is one in a million.
