She does not seem to be as interested in our wellbeing as she did a few years back. Takes several weeks currently to get an appointment - perhaps because she does other work besides family practice. Serious health issues could have been addressed much, much earlier if she had only spent a couple of minutes to listen and not just brushed off concerns e.g. "Well, you have to remember at your age...", "Oh, it's within normal range."

Refuses to give tests to find out what's wrong. Instead, she gives you pill after pill as trial and error, often making you sicker. She signs off on bloodwork that's been flagged as having issues without telling you. And refuses to take anything you say seriously. Everything that's wrong is "normal." Also, two of the receptionists nearly hang up on you to get you off the phone. Not friendly at all. Extremely not happy with my experiences here.

Dr.Sarah Conrad is one of the worst doctors I have ever had the misfortune of seeing. She didn't listen to a word I had to say and was extremely judgemental and rude.

Where do I start. Dr. Conrad has been there for me since the birth of my son, through him having some pretty serious health issues when he was 3 and my crazy anxieties that stemmed from that. She is amazing and thorough, sensitive and kind..all things that you want in a doctor. She has even called me to make sure I was doing ok after an appointment.
