Shows he cares? Seriously? He doesn't have one bit of empathy in him!!
Only in it for the money...no respect or care for patients.
He should stick to all of his other interests and positions...making money, vacationing in Greece.

Ive been a patient of Dr D's since Dr Shaughnessy passed away. So probably since 2010, I have never had an issue with Dr. D. He knows his stuff and he cares about his patients

Absolutely awful ‘Doctor’. 9/10 when you’re addressing a concern to him (if and when you get in to see him) , he’s looking it up on google!!!! not to mention he told me to take advil for pain (I’m allergic)!!!! Prior to coming in the room to see you, it’s evident he doesn’t review your chart and not to mention the first thing he says to you is ‘okay what can I do for you?’ The worst quality of care. Trying to get ahold of the receptionist is a nightmare. Expect to wait 3-4 weeks for a call back. He is also only in office Tuesday mornings. Every other day he is doing phone appointments which are extremely rushed but guess what? He still bills OHIP for the full amount of time. I wish I was able to leave negative stars because he deserves that!

For the good you never have to wait, multiple times I have been getting back in my car at the time of my appointment.
Bad, have never called and had the secretary answer the phone, NEVER! He's never there or always on vacation. Waiting on my 4th week to have my RX renewed.......nothing. Never had a Dr that does not want to be a family Dr at all and rumor is doesn't want to be there bit is being paid well and is the head Dr for Cargill. You have to wonder if he even reads Rate MD, but if he did he probably wouldn't care. And all the complaints about him he still has the guts to charge to de Roster, he should be paying us to leave his practice

I don't know what to say. This office has gone down hill. Looking for another doctor. College of Physicians notified by many patients. Peter, you need to do something. Not flush your patients down the toilet. Your support staff are letting you down. Take a look at the reviews. They all point to the same concerns.

As a patient for several years now, I feel rushed, like an inconvenience and unheard when addressing my concerns. I've personally experienced an extremly long wait time for an appointment as well as returned calls. Hours of operation are minimal being Monday to Thursday with Friday being closed. Things could be better if there was more of a professional sense of urgency, amongst his patients, transparency and communication from the staff and the doctor himself. If someone is experiencing mental health issues and call for an appointment without a call returned but not giving up and keep calling to find out it's 6 to 8 weeks for an appointment. 11 people die every day in Canada by way of suicide and I wonder why?

Horrible. Haven't seen in person since covid. Going to be 2023 before he sees anyone in office. Needs to be looked at by medical board. Where the f is he? Been waiting on a referral for my son since 2019. Messed up the first one. Not a doctor at all.

The absolute worst doctor! Don’t ever go to him! He is a creep and the staff are awful.
