I’ve just had an appointment/ visit with Gordon and expected to come out a tad lighter in weight thinking I’d need more bits cut out as per previous skin checks years ago from past doctors, in this case just froze all the bad skin damage areas after he explained everything once the skin check was over . Great service from himself and his staff . No problem recommending them at all . Alan White (Albury)

I had an appointment with Dr Rennick to examine possible skin cancers. He and his registrar examined me carefully and found two more suspicious matters. He arranged for to do a biopsy at a time that was mutually suitable (not just for him) and carried them out with kindness and efficiency. I found him and his support staff helpful and considerate at all times and I have no hesitation in recommending.

My husband took an appointment with dr. Gordon rennick at 24rth oct.2013 at 3:30 pm. Wewent to clinic and waited there for 25 mins in between waiting time one family come to see doctor as well. Rather then letting us know about the doctor's busy schedule and we might need to wait bit longer the reception staff (Rachel) did not bother to tell that doctor might take little while but she was concerned about whats going on in tv. Instead of speaking politely she started arguing with my husband and other lady with brown hair and black glasses came along with her and started arguing with us like its only 15 mins you need to wait and all . And told us about our GP that he might keep you waiti too, but we are his regular customers and we never have to wait for seeing doctor if some time its rush they will tell you before. So in my opinoin if doctor is busy its duty of the reception staff to inform patient if its new or old does not matter that they have to wait. She behave discriminatively.
